Stall Application

Thank you for your interest in running a stall at our Market Day. Please fill out the form below and email a copy of your Public Liability Insurance to admin@sacredheartps.wa.edu.au.

Terms and Conditions:
  • All applications must be accompanied by a copy of the current certificate of Public Liability Insurance.
  • An invoice will be issued once the application has been received and approved, this invoice must be paid within 7 days and will be non-refundable once paid.
  • There is a limited supply of tables, tents and power available. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis; we will do our best to help where we can.
  • Sacred Heart School may accept or reject any applications at its sole discretion.
  • Sacred Heart School at its sole discretion may change allocation of a stall.
  • Stallholders vending any foodstuffs/drinks must acquire a licence from the Shire of Mundaring and provide a copy to Sacred Heart School 7 days prior to the Markets. The licence must be displayed for the duration of the markets.
