Thank you for your interest in running a stall at our Market Day. Please fill out the form below and email a copy of your Public Liability Insurance to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Terms and Conditions:
All applications must be accompanied by a copy of the current certificate of Public Liability Insurance.
An invoice will be issued once the application has been received and approved, this invoice must be paid within 7 days and will be non-refundable once paid.
There is a limited supply of tables, tents and power available. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis; we will do our best to help where we can.
Sacred Heart School may accept or reject any applications at its sole discretion.
Sacred Heart Schoolat its sole discretion may change allocation of a stall.
Stallholders vending any foodstuffs/drinks must acquire a licence from the Shire of Mundaring and provide a copy to Sacred Heart School 7 days prior to the Markets. The licence must be displayed for the duration of the markets.
